Tecsec offers all customers commercial security maintenance through our Preventative Maintenance Program, which provides regular scheduled services to prevent, detect and correct any possible failures before they occur or develop into major issues leading to possible equipment downtime or loss of valuable information.

This work is carried out through our comprehensive Tecsec Preventative Maintenance Program which we make available to all our clients to ensure maximum satisfaction from the products we supply.

- Ensuring all cameras are working correctly.
- Clean camera lenses and refocus.
- Confirm that all DVR recordings are to the Australian standards – confirming dates and time settings.
- Update software and replace any damaged parts.
- Provide additional managerial and or staff training on DVR/IP camera software.
